Based in Switzerland, I live on the Internet. My name is Ralph Rickenbach. I am a Spiral Dynamics Practitioner and Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach.

In my former life, I worked as a computer programmer, software architect, project manager, and CTO of an international company. I have experience in scientific and business software, artificial life and computational linguistics.

At the same time, I was co-leading a church as a teaching pastor. I have since deconstructed and reconstructed my faith without losing it, applying the tools I offer to coach you.

In addition, I overcame cancer, the near loss of my son with months of coma and years of recovery, and many other things life tends to throw at us. Again, the toolset I offer helped my family and me through.

I am intellectually gifted, have a vivid imagination, and love reading, writing, and helping people grow and mature.

In my coaching, I focus on coming alongside you and accompanying you through your growth process, using tools when and only when necessary.
