Based in Switzerland, I live on the Internet. My name is Ralph Rickenbach. I am a Spiral Dynamics Practitioner and Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach.

In my former life, I worked as a computer programmer, software architect, project manager, and CTO of an international company with experience in scientific and business software, artificial life and computational linguistics.

At the same time, I was co-leading a church as a teaching pastor. I have since deconstructed and reconstructed my faith without losing it, applying the tools I offer to use in coaching you.

In addition, I overcame cancer, the near loss of my elder son with months of coma and years of recovery, and many other things life tends to throw at us. Again, the tool set I offer helped me and my family through.

I am intellectually gifted, have a vivid imagination, and love reading, writing, and helping people grow and mature.

In my coaching, I focus on coming alongside you and accompanying you through your growth process, using tools when and only when necessary.
