I am not a traditional coach.

I am not a traditional person either.

My path led me from being a software developer and architect to co-leading a free church to radically redefining myself. A late diagnosis of autism, cancer, a spiritual reorientation—none of this broke me, but rather transformed me.

Today, I accompany people who, like me, think, feel, and function outside the norm—or struggle with the fact that they don’t. I don’t work with standard solutions. I work with people who don’t conform to the norm.

I understand structures—in software, in cultures, in inner processes.

I know what it means to be overwhelmed—by stimulation, by depth, by loneliness.

I believe in development – beyond conformity, toward integrity.

I don’t help you fit into a system.

I help you understand your own system – and consciously shape it.
