Forms of Cooperation

Two formats. We’ll figure out which one works best during our conversation.

  • Team Dialogue Days

One or two days during which your team gets to know each other anew.

We reveal which strengths drive each person’s energy—and which value systems set the tone. What previously seemed like a matter of personality or a communication problem suddenly reveals itself as a structural issue. By the end, you won’t be talking about other people. You’ll be talking to each other differently.

Suitable for: new team compositions, leadership changes, and phases where many things are working—but aren’t coming together.

  • Support over several months

One day opens things up. Six months changes them.

Over the course of three to six months, we work continuously on each individual’s strengths and the team’s value systems. Between sessions, you apply this to your daily work—I guide, reflect, challenge, and keep you on track when you lose your way. What changes first are not structures or processes. It’s the underlying patterns—and once those shift, many other things become easier on their own.

Formats: Team sessions, one-on-one meetings with leadership, reflection spaces for key individuals.
